An ABSOLUTE Delight to work with. I first contacted The Tub Connection in November of 2022. Shane was great and helped me with my tub selection and as I was interested in the copper bronze painted tub he assured me that I would be very pleased with the result.and he would make sure that it was perfect for me. I LOVE the look of the the tub. It arrived very timely considering they were shipping it over the holiday season. Great personal service - he even made sure I had his direct number. Fast forward to December 2023 (yes my Master Bedroom/Bath Addition is still in the construction process) - I ordered a drain kit forgetting that I had ordered one with the tub in 2022. Mistakenly the wrong drain kit was sent. To complicate matters the tub was finally uncrated and the original drain kit (from 2022) was in the tub but the pipes at some point had been damaged (due to extent it was prior to being sent to me as the tub itself is in PRISTINE Condition). Long story short Levi was awesome to work with as well. He promptly sent a replacement for the damaged drain and a paid return label for the wrong one I had accidentally purchased a week prior. Their shipping is fast and they take great care in packing the product so that it will arrive unscathed. Their customer service is OUTSTANDING - I love not having to wait on hold pressing buttons. It is a pleasure to talk to the person who can correct the issue. I would like to buy 100 more tubs just for the experience of getting to work again with this fine and reputable company. Very Roomy and Comfortable
I am tall and so is my wife. We love the very roomy double slipper tub. If you're tall (like me at 6'4") you need a big tub.

I cannot begin to express the delight we have with our new bathtub. Tons of room and we love the oil rubbed bronze finish on the faucet and feet.

When I saw this bathtub I knew I had to have it. After I made the purchase, I was a little jittery about my decision. I am happy to say I made the right purchase. This tub is amazing. It is so roomy and it is really the most luxurious tub I could have bought. I love the iron and porcelain finish too. I love my new bath!

Great Price
We just received our amazing tub and can't get over how elegant it is. The tub is Very heavy cast iron. We got brushed nickel on the feet to match my bathroom faucets. After much price comparison, our tub was less expensive than other web sites and no extra charge for delivery.
