BATHTUB HARDWARE
Once you have found the perfect bathtub and tub faucet, it is essential to have quality bathtub hardware which has been made especially for your tub. Our hardware for tubs section has the modern lift and turn drains, water supply lines, and drain with overflow assemblies. Most are available in Polished Chrome, Brushed Nickel and Oil Rubbed Bronze. FREESTANDING SUPPLY LINES
A freestanding bathtub which has no faucet holes will require a faucet attached to freestanding supply lines. These supply lines will connect to the home's water lines and carry the water up from the floor and into the faucet.
DECKMOUNT SUPPLY LINES
Bathtubs with holes on the rim of the tub require deckmount supply lines. These straight supply lines connect to the home water lines coming up from the bathroom floor. The deckmount faucet is set into the holes on the rim of the faucet and the supply lines are attached to the faucet on one end and the home water lines on the other end.
BATHTUB WALL SUPPLY LINES
Faucets in holes in the wall of the bathtub connect to water supply lines with a slight curvature. The home water lines connect at the floor to one end of our supply lines, while the other end attaches to the faucet to move the water from the floor through the faucet and into the tub.
DRAIN with OVERFLOW ASSEMBLY
All bathtubs have a drain hole. Most tubs also have an overflow hole in the bathtub wall approximately 12 to 14 inches above the drain hole. The purpose of the overflow hole is to move water out of the tub via the overflow hole in the event the tub is being overfilled. The drain with overflow assembly is an " L " shaped assembly of pipes which is necessary to move all wastewater out of the tub.
